About Jessica

Helping leaders navigate the moments that shape who they become.

Leadership is a journey of continual growth.

The experiences that bring us success — our expertise, determination, resilience, and ability to solve problems — often become the very things we must examine when we step into a new season of leadership.

At some point, every leader encounters a moment when what got them here is no longer enough for where they are going.

That is where meaningful transformation begins.

I partner with executives and leadership teams who are ready to reflect deeply, challenge assumptions, and grow into the leaders their organizations and communities need them to become.

My Story

For more than a decade, I have coached leaders while serving in nonprofit executive leadership roles. This combination has shaped the way I understand leadership. Not as a title or position, but as a responsibility and an opportunity to create meaningful impact.

I have experienced firsthand the complexity of leadership: making difficult decisions with imperfect information, navigating competing priorities, building trust across diverse stakeholders, and carrying the weight of responsibility for people and mission.

Those experiences inform my coaching today.

I understand that leadership can be rewarding and deeply meaningful while also being challenging and, at times, lonely. The most effective leaders are not those who have all the answers. They are those who remain curious, self-aware, and willing to grow.

My Approach

I believe lasting leadership transformation begins from the inside out.

Many challenges leaders face appear to be about strategy, communication, or performance. Often, the deeper work involves examining the beliefs, patterns, and perspectives that shape how we lead.

Through coaching, I create a thoughtful and confidential space where leaders can step back, gain clarity, explore new possibilities, and make intentional choices about the leader they want to become.

My approach combines practical leadership experience with deep reflection, honest conversation, and a commitment to helping leaders create change that lasts.

Who I Work With

I work with leaders who are:

  • Stepping into greater responsibility and influence
  • Navigating significant transitions or organizational change
  • Seeking greater clarity, confidence, and alignment
  • Ready to examine what is working, what is not, and what needs to evolve
  • Committed to leading with both effectiveness and authenticity

My clients come from a variety of backgrounds and industries, but they share something important: a willingness to do the deeper work required for meaningful growth.

Beyond Coaching

I believe stronger leaders create stronger organizations.

When leaders grow in self-awareness, courage, and clarity, the impact extends beyond the individual. It influences teams, cultures, and communities.

That’s why I am passionate about partnering with organizations that want to develop leaders who can navigate complexity, build trust, and lead with purpose.

A Conversation About What’s Next

Every leader reaches moments that ask for something new.

If you are considering what your next chapter requires of you, I would welcome the opportunity to explore that conversation with you.
