About

My name is Jessica Smith-Perry, and I have a passion for facilitating powerful conversations on the topics of leadership, team development and values alignment, and for coaching individuals and teams to live and lead the best they possibly can. Clients include professionals in the fields of wellness, finance, construction, tech, education, faith-based organizations, and outdoor recreation.

With more than 15 years of progressive experience in the non-profit sector in both Canada and the United States, I have built a dynamic set of skills that serve as a strong foundation for coaching work, including communications, team leadership, facilitation, public speaking, community building, volunteer training and management. Developing strong, trusting relationships with women and men across industries, organizational levels, educational backgrounds, and generations is the cornerstone of my work.

On the personal side…
I am inspired by the curiosity and laughter of my son, the creativity of my husband, and the beauty of the great outdoors. Good books, swimming holes, lawn games, yoga, and swinging from a trapeze are a few of my favorite things.
