My name is Jessica Smith-Perry, and I’m pleased you’ve found me here!
I thrived in my career of non-profit management. Still, I felt the place for me to be was in the entrepreneurial world, serving men and women as best I can. That’s through coaching. I had my own impactful experiences working with business coaches both one-on-one and on small teams. This work inspired me to attend the best education program out there for coaching and transition my career to serve others in a transformative way. And here we are.
With more than ten years of progressive experience in the non-profit sector, I have built a dynamic set of skills that serve as a strong foundation for coaching work, including communications, team leadership, facilitation, public speaking, community building, volunteer training and management. Developing strong, trusting relationships with women and men across industries, organizational levels, educational backgrounds, and generations is the cornerstone of my work.
Graduate Certificate, Executive Coaching, Royal Roads University, Victoria, British Columbia, Canada (April 2015)
Bachelor of Arts, Communication, St. Edward’s University, Austin, Texas, USA
On the personal side…
I am inspired by the curiosity and laughter of my son, the creativity of my husband, and the beauty of the great outdoors. I am a registered teacher and lifelong student of yoga. After several years in Edmonton, Alberta, my family and I have recently relocated to San Antonio, Texas to enjoy life with extended family and frolic in the much milder winters.
